CHAMPAGNE ALAIN LALLEMENT (news)
After many investment renovating the cellar and the outbuildings of the farming our customers has become bigger and we have been improving our champagne making process since 2000 thanhs to a stainless-steel tank which allows us to work with the most hygienic conditions.
This year, as our cellar is getting too small, we are making more investment to have a new cellar(under the laboratary cistern). We are proud of showing our installations and if you wish it we will tell you as much as you want about our job and working conditions.
